"They value women in the workplace and are actively working to get more women in C-suite positions. They pay close attention to your efforts and promote based on that versus tenure. They're a very supportive and collaborative team with high morale. They encourage utilizing your unlimited time off, train you on everything, and build teams that support you along the way."
