"Here are some of my favourite things about the company:
- The people are extremely supportive and loving: I've learned so much from everyone around me but at the same time everyone's super humble and willing to work together on common goals.
- The company values trust, transparency, and collaboration: All teams are self-managing meaning that everyone's trusted to take ownership of their own work, and people really focus on good collaboration in teams and within the whole company.
- Work life balance is great: we really honor the 40 hour work week and everyone's vacation time. If you're off, you're expected to be unavailable and focusing on relaxing.
- Everyone can be themselves: People are different, and it's great. People can be themselves at work and we value the quirks of everyone. People are also honest about their feelings, doubts, and fears, which makes it easier to feel safe around here. "
