Your career development and work / life balance largely depends on the specific business or function that you work in. That being said, it is easier to shift roles / departments within the company when compared to other large financial institutions, and there are employee resource groups to that generate networking opportunities and development opportunities.

Depends on the department, but mostly be aware of the relative inflexibility and general belief that nobody should be allowed to work from home or other remote location unless it specifically involves work=related travel; i.e., a business meeting.

They created a pumping room when I was pregnant and would be needing a space other than the bathroom to pump. I work in a mostly male facility, so it had never been requested before.
