"There are more women in leadership than before, but these tend to be sycophants or friends and acolytes of the founders. (Though maybe this isn't that unique?). Men are typically promoted more quickly than women. Male partners have been known to get creepy with female underlings at company parties/retreats."

"I would say that there are almost no women in leadership positions but that management seems committed to changing that, at least to some degree."
