Women's Job Satisfaction (5=very satisfied)
Review User Image

January 1970

Health insurance isn't great for families. Jobs are meh, but work life balance is decent. More junior people are rarely promoted. Job is good for stability but not much else. Most people are nice, but when there are bullies sometimes they are not kept in check.

Hire specialists for specialized work. It really creates second tier work.

  • Recommend to Women?

Maybe. The company is run very lean considering it's only client is a major corporation. While work life balance is there, you have to wear many hats like a start up with no power to get professional resources who should be doing specialized tasks such as UX or Content strategy. As it is run to only serve one, very large client, the company has almost no leverage in saying no to the client.
