very female friendly, the hr team is primary females which are warm and helpful when needed personal issues. there is still an issue with having their c suite being primarily men but overall an amazing culture they are working on diversity but it is primarily white.

It is very hard for a woman on the floor supervising, it is still a man's world and women are subpar. The treatment of women on the floor is horrible by the hourly and management.
