"If you are an aggressive person or able to let things roll off your back this may be a good place for you, but if you're more of a steady or core worker with extra-curricular activities you also like to prioritize (family, exercise, artistic endeavors, etc) will likely not be promoted or given exciting project opportunities and you may feel pressured to want these things and to do extra things that are not necessary. "
