"Great place to work overall. Need to have clear boundaries on how much you are prepared to do otherwise you'll end up working extremely long hours because it's such a great company and you support the mission."

"Women are pushed into these positions strictly because the company wants "friendly" aka pretty faces to sit at the desk. There were often male clients who took advantage of the women at the front by lingering and pushing the bounds of professional conversation (with winks and compliments) and management did not pursue any action to change this dynamic."
