Not much room for growth for women. Very few women managers and not much in the corporate level too.

February 2018

All of the employees are women, hired by a man. He respects women, but he often doesn't take the advice/suggestions of the women employees, rather he follows the advice of male consultants. It's very frustrating as we see the ship potentially sinking.

November 2015

I have been here for over a year and while there are a lot of women who work here, the campus is predominantly older cis white males. This is an old boys club where women are likely given a pat on the head and told that they don't quite understand the situation when they present new ideas. Maternity leave is unpaid.

Inappropriate comments about women High expectations of availability even when not supposed to be working Benefits (health insurance, parental leave) have to be negotiated separately - not part of organizational practice
