"Reprise has a data-based approach to compensation. You might need to negotiate for every other role you've considered up to this point, but we use data to ensure that we remove bias from the hiring process and make equitable job offers across the board. We also have a lot of women in leadership (including our executive team), and benefits that support big life milestones."

"Reprise is reasonable with flexibility. I like that when I've had emergencies I didn't need to jump through hoops to take care of myself. We also have people in different time zones, so that requires some understanding on everyone's part with scheduling. The good news is that we strive to avoid a "meeting heavy" culture, so I haven't had issues collaborating with people when I need to."

"Diversity and Inclusive are both wholeheartedly celebrated and practiced here at Reprise. Women certainly are level ground when compared to men counterparts. We have THREE women leading three different teams here and they are all amazing at what they do! "

"Reprise is the most special place I have ever worked. The benefits are amazing but more importantly is the pride I feel when I tell people where I work. The level of trust, empowerment, and encouragement is unmatched by any other place I have been. 100/10 would recommend! "

"The people at Reprise are what makes it an amazing place to work. I have never been a part of a company that puts so much time and effort into making sure women and minorities are not only represented, but put into positions of leadership. The management style is encouraging and fosters strong morale among employees. There is an emphasis on healthy work life balance. I'm thoroughly enjoying the projects that I'm working on and the people that I'm working with. "
