"I took my time searching for a new role. I knew what I wanted in a culture and flexible work hours. Being a busy mom of 2, I need the ability to take of things when life happens. Reprise gives me everything I need and then some. They do NOT promote a "family" culture. They are sure to remind you that this is work, and your family is your family. They encourage time off (unlimited PTO), personal and professional development, and care about each individual person. Couldn't have dreamt up a better company if I tried. "

"I had expectations of what I was looking for in my next company, but I did not expect it to go above and beyond like it does here. I was immediately drawn to our mission here regarding diversity and inclusion efforts. I was happy to hear and see that progress has not stopped since joining. There is continuous back-end work that the leadership and ops teams continue to share regarding long-term goals.
One of my priorities was to find a workplace that truly respected a work-life balance. Not only is Reprise a fully remote company where I can WFH anywhere but everyone gets to work their "own 8-5pm." That means no working other people's timezones and really allowing yourself to set boundaries.
The last priority I had was to make sure I'm surrounded by peers that motivate me. Regardless if a role primarily consists of independent work, it's the ability to observe and absorb talent around you that motivates me to improve and excel. Reprise makes me proud to be part of a community where women get promoted or lead teams.
I'm excited to see the growth Reprise will continue to make! "

"Reprise is such an awesome place to work especially for women and those from diverse backgrounds. It's a company that doesn't just talk about diversity externally and makes strong efforts to make sure diversity is prevalent internally. We are 100% remote and also provide WeWork All Access passes to all employees to ensure everyone has a place where they can work if home is not an option.
It's hard to find a company despite it being 2022 that actually does what they say they will as it pertains to diversity hiring and what the leadership team will look like. Being a woman of color and seeing women in leadership is so refreshing. 4/6 of our business units are led by women VP's. Theres an incredible amount of employee resource groups and various outlets to discuss topics related to diversity. I love working here :) "
