"Managers will tell you there can be some flexibility, but if you try to actually take advantage of flexible hours, remote work, etc. it is negatively viewed by leaders. The fact that fewer than 25% of leaders are women plays a big part in this, because often women are the ones who would most need this flexibility."

"Rexnord at the Corporate level is not a great place to work as a women. All your coworkers will be men, and they feel no sense of urgency to hire women or minorities. It's a total boys' club and you should be cautious if your entire department will be men."
