I was pleasantly surprised at how diverse Ricoh is and how many women hold Leadership positions.

It's a great job to have - especially if you need some degree of flexibility. However, depending on your individual manager/management team, be prepared to justify some appointments.

Not much; it's a great place to work

Recommend to Women?
Maybe. Leave policies and pay are fair. However, it is a male dominated work place and the majority in day to day leadership positions are men. That said, I loved my time there and if it weren't for the strict sales quotas (at least in the district I worked in), I would still be with the company!
