If you work in the kitchen, or go in the kitchen, you may very well receive many creepy unwarranted comments about your body from the director of dinning. You can go to HR, but they have been getting the same complaints for many years and choose to ignore any and all issues relating to directors. Don't expect to receive much respect here from management, they will talk to you with such unprofessional ism, and in front of other coworkers because they know they can get away with it.

    They will be very flexible for some people giving them all the time off that they want with no repercussions, while not even giving some flexibility to find child care.

The group of women here is amazing. Extremely supportive with lots of mentorship opportunities. There are some departments where women remain woefully outnumbered, but the large number of women in the office (~20% right now) mitigates that.

    Company is very flexible policy-wise, but it's important for the employee to set boundaries for work/life balance that feel comfortable to them. Without pushback, it would be easy to find yourself working every weekend (depending on position).

I only worked here about 6 months. I was promised 32 hours a week and most weeks i only worked 24 or less hours. The work load that was expected to be done in 8 hours or less was absurd.
