June 2018

Set pay for titles not reflective of workload, skills requirement or value and revenue generation. Mindset of slotted jobs where women are plug and play. No mentoring or inclusiveness for women.

April 2017

Several positions require regular travel across many states and time zones. Very white and male dominated. Old school business. Unforunately, most women are in support or adminstrative positions. Referred to as "old boys club."

The company is about 75% women, so it is a generally positive environment for women. The leadership in the organization is closer to 50% male, 50% female, which is large imbalance when you consider the overall gender makeup of the company.
