"Rokt has a great support system for women. They constantly check in on each other and make Rokt a comforting place to stay. I believe Rokt is truly a place were not only women support women, but men support women. We celebrate woman made accomplishments and celebrate women in general. In addition, Rokt has a career ladder that predetermines salary, commission, and options based on level, this makes a gender wage gap near impossible. Rokt is a great place to come if you are a woman in tech or a woman looking to get into tech. "
