"The maternity policy was awful, but it changed when the HR Director went on maternity leave so she increased it to 12 weeks full pay. Women generally seem to have lower pay than men; however, this seems to be mostly cause they don't negotiate - same money is offered to men and women on start, but women always seem to just accept the offer and men mostly ask for more and get it. Women, ask for more money!"

"Standard 12 weeks unpaid maternity leave. They've been pretty flexible with the working moms in terms of letting them telework. From what I've seen, the only moms in the office already had private offices, so they've been able to pump, but I'm concerned that if I choose to have a baby as junior staff, my options will be more limited. Additionally, as a consultant, I travel constantly, out of state 1-2+ days almost every week. I'm concerned that at this point in my career, I would be forced to choose between working and being home with a baby"
