"As others share, RRA does have a large number of female consultants. COVID HR policy and communication is very good so far, but I would not rate it the best (having read other firm policies)."

"The firm strongly believes in promoting women into leadership roles, as is evidenced by the increasing number female sector leaders and women on the Executive Committee. However, on a much more junior level, women are not valued as highly as men are, and it seems to take much longer for female analysts and associates to get promoted and compensated than males."

"RRA has the largest number of female consultants of all the large executive search firms. In my practice area, there are far more women than men, and most balance work/family with young children at home. It is a stressful and time-consuming industry, but the firm encourages investment in your personal life, and men and women alike prioritize family activities. Schedules are generally flexible to allow for personal commitments."
