"The company is still based on overwork as "good work". They commend but do not compensate those willing to work more than their normal working hours. So, if you are willing to work 50-60 hours a week, you can work whenever you would like."

"I felt that managers were constrained with dealing with their employees. There was very little room for growth, no clear career paths, and the only increase in compensation came years after actually doing the job above you. Managers give what they got themselves, which is very little support."

"Solidarity is strong but an exception sometimes. Awesome coworkers overall. Various motivations in people, career progression in or out there, or stable income with a lot of flexibility. Every one has a story and a path. "
