"The leadership team is highly focused on supporting and growing a diverse workforce. We have a great executive sponsor for our women's group AND multiple female leaders at the highest levels of the organization. In addition, the company has support groups for LGBTQ+, Veterans, people of color (latino group, black group, asian group) and mental health. Leaders talk openly about mental health and the importance of taking care of yourself."

"They put in an effort to celebrate and support women, however, it is a male culture and run by male leaders so there is still a transition to full inclusion. "
