      "The leadership team is highly focused on supporting and growing a diverse workforce. We have a great executive sponsor for our women's group AND multiple female leaders at the highest levels of the organization. In addition, the company has support groups for LGBTQ+, Veterans, people of color (latino group, black group, asian group) and mental health. Leaders talk openly about mental health and the importance of taking care of yourself."
