"The entire IT department from the top of the leadership board down is a "club" where if you're a friend you get free passes, and when you're not get all the work - without recognition - and daily harassment on your performance, even when you are doing well above and beyond your job code.
IT management purposely does not have hard metrics to keep job performance a moving target allowing them to pick and choose who they would like to pass blame on, of which is done frequently. By keeping performance goals "hidden" from employees they are able to abuse disciplinary measures to force out who doesn't "play the game". "

" Saint Francis Medical Center can be a great place to work. Things have changed drastically since the Sisters are not nearly as involved as they once were, and not changed for the better. There are positives and negatives, as with most jobs. They do offer excellent benefits and possible excellent pay, depending on position. "

"Saint Francis is a large employer and very large facility that I believe it is hard for me as an individual, to judge the entire medical complex on the one smaller department in which I had worked for many years. I believe each department has their own rules on different things. "
