"There is great support for women from women and men employees alike, and there are women in a variety of roles from technician/operator level to upper management. The company set forth strong diversity and inclusion goals which they have not yet reached, but are actively working towards. "

"Saint-Gobain North America has provided me with great support, role models and opportunities for growth. The company has a variety of policies in place to encourage diversity and promote work/life balance. I particularly love the energy and collaborative culture at SGR North America in Northboro. Leadership at the center is top notch and employees can participate in a variety of employee resources group. You may not be familiar with this company but it is large, diversified and a great place to work. Consider Saint-Gobain as your next employer."

"For salaried employees, flexibility is much more relevant. For the hourly workforce, or those positions tied to continuous production, etc., there is still work to be done. Only a few sites have implemented flex work across the board."

"There are many growth opportunities. In the 20+ years I have been with this company, I have held many different jobs. Some positions were promotions, others were latteral moves to broaden my experience base. I was able to work part-time when my children were little and have changed positions to meet the needs of my family. "

"Flexibility is very dependent on the type of position you have within Saint-Gobain. In my current role, I have a very flexible schedule. In some of my past roles, there was not as much flexibility."

"I started working at Saint-Gobain as an entry level mechanical engineer straight out of undergrad. Looking back, I couldn't be happier I made that decision. I just started my ninth year with the company. I took advantage of the tuition reimbursement program to obtain my master's degree while working full time. I've had the chance to work in different businesses in different functions with increasing responsibility. I've travelled internationally, and built a strong global network. The aspects that I enjoy most about Saint-Gobain are the fantastic people and the breakthrough, innovative technologies. Every day I learn something new! "
