"In general people are treated very well, male or female. In some locations there is still an "old boys club" feel and while more strong women are rising to leadership positions it is hard to shake this culture. Overall, I have been very well supported in my career and work/life balance."

"This is a great place to work for women. I have only been here for 1 year, but so far I've never felt overlooked or patronized to due to my gender. We have women in prominent leadership positions, and most groups have a good split between men and women. "
