"Work-life balance is valued by all members of the workforce here at Sandia! Our culture is very much respectful of each individual's lifestyle outside of work and management will do their best to accommodate the needs of employees. Sandia offers flexible work schedules, generous vacation, personal and sick time. There is also an abundance of resources on campus to keep health in check, like an onsite exercise facility, medical clinic, outdoor recreation, massage therapy and energy hubs!"
