"Healthcare in general is heavily skewed toward women, therefore you will feel very comfortable here. Many of the VPs, Chief Nursing Officers, Executive Directors and Directors here are female and it feels natural. It is a place many people start their careers and stay until the end. Just this month we have 18 people within the company (17 of them are women) that have reached their 40+ years of employment, with one at 50 years! There are a lot of opportunities and growth, but it is the people here that make you want to stay."

"Flexibility really depends on the role and department. Being a healthcare facility, there are a lot of jobs that cover round-the-clock coverage of care. Being in business role, my department has been very flexible with my schedule and my specific role has allowed for occasional work from home days as needed since I am exempt."

"95% of the C suite team are men and athletes. Also, people hired for leadership roles are based on their relationships with the CEO and the board of trustees rather then their experience. The HR policies are not conducive to working mothers and are inflexible. They need to offer more PTO per years of service and maternity leave longet than 4 weeks. "
