"I worked at Sanofi for over a decade. I had wonderful managers who treated me equally regarding reviews, workload and work/life balance. However, be aware of managers who do not reside in your home country as they apply policies that are not relevent to US employees. HR and Corporate needs to improve Cultural Awareness and Equality across their people managers."

"The company promotes work-life balance continually. This is not a reality for a lot of employees and departments as a whole. The executives are not paying attention or making any changes for employees who are expected to be available 7 days a week, holidays, off-shifts etc, when others have not been on site for one day in over a year. "

"My manager is rarely on site. The rest of us are there 5-7 days a week. When asking for trainings or leniency with my schedule I get excuses for why it needs to be this way. The main excuse is "This is the way we've always done it". "
