"I recently had a discussion with a female project manager who joined SCIEX and she said that one of the things she loves about SCIEX is the large female presence in a largely male dominated industry. At SCIEX I personally feel like inclusion isn't just something they promote just to look good but believe in. I have so many awesome female mentors and champions at this company. "

"SCIEX and Danaher have been a great place to work for the last 6 years and counting. I am pretty ambitious and focused on my goals, but I also appreciate a culture that values balance over burnout. I've found great mentors and career progression here and don't see any concerns for a bright future with the company. "

"I came to SCIEX with the intention of staying 3 years before finding the next stop along my career journey. 20+ years later, and I am still at SCIEX, and LOVING it! SCIEX has supported my career journey, and has enabled me to transition from a lab scientist to a business leader role. This wouldn't have been possible without the global pool of amazing and talented associates that I interact with on daily basis."
