"There's a healthy mix of men and women, but not many women in leadership roles. I think some of the men who are in management or other leadership roles definitely carry some "old school" mentalities. The past year or so I've noticed that the people I regularly work with have been skewing older white male much more than in previous years. While they "praise" my work they definitely give off the vibe that they're in charge and I'm still the kid in the office - and I've been there for almost 10 years now."
