"You will find the company to be very stable and will form strong relationships with your colleagues. The technology is evolving for the better and benefits are excellent. On the downside, women are just starting to make progress in the utilities and energy industries. There are still *many* in this industry who say they are on board with diversity, but their actions indicate otherwise. If you're prepared to advocate for yourself you will be ok. If you're not comfortable doing this, you will have the same job in 15 years."
