"The management here support and respect everyone regardless of genders, race, religion, age or disability. Different networks of the above are formed to advocate such mindset. In Shugart Singapore, we have a many interest groups which we can participate during off office hours, which ranges from physical exercise, arts, music to gardening to name a few. It helps to establish good bonding across different functional groups while provide an outlet to relieve any work stress, if any. I look forward to Covid free days where we can go back to our normal working schedule and activities."

"Engineering and manufacturing is fast paced, we're working on emerging technology and the company culture has improved immensely over the years. There are great benefits(paid parental leave!) and great coworkers. "

"I love working with Seagate because culture here are treat women and men equally, Not only the leader must be men but also any people who can lead and flow down company strategies to working levels. For me I feel free to work with all people without any unequally. We can discuss and explore our ideas as much as we can when it's still be benefit with our business. "
