"Despite the policies to promote a more gender diverse and inclusive environment, Seagate is still very much a "good old boy" company. The leadership circle, where critical decisions are made (Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance and Product Management) are male dominated, and exec promotion opportunities are not posted for internal or external diversity candidates to apply."

"Very flexible wrt needing time to take care of family concerns (appts, school schedules etc). Attitude is very much "as long as the work gets done"."
