"We have a dedicated Employee Resource Group (ERG) that keeps the culture fresh and the conversations active. The existence of several other ERG groups (7 as of this review) also sustain a good environment for diversity."

"This is the company where my career took off and I've had multiple great growth opportunities. Seagate does a good job promoting from within. My team in particular has a great culture and is very supportive in flexibility and exploration. Achievers are rewarded fairly."
