"Leadership at highest levels are about inclusion. Decent mix of mix women in Senior leadership positions. I have seen it dramatically improve in the 5 years I have worked here. "

"Seagate's current management are actually enacting their core values. 7-10 years ago I would not have been so positive about Seagate, but I have seen a real change over the last 3 or so years. I am truly happy and proud to be apart of the Seagate team. "

"My boss is based in China. He has been very considerate of my need to balance my family needs with work needs throughout COVID shelter in place and recent California Fire Evacuations. Don't get me wrong, I need to perform well and maintain my workload, but how I choose to get it done is up to me. "
