Clearly distinction between woman and man in terms of promotions. Expect to do 3x more than a man to get promoted (with lucky).

Flexibility is dependent on the job function and how supportive your manager is. Find women who have been through the process of maternity leave and returning to work to come up with best practices.

Very male dominated organization, double standards apply, this is a highly corporate culture. The benefits are amazing, the organization is trying to get employees more engaged.

December 2016

A good deal can be done to promote flexibility, remote working and work-life balance. It is a great company with a terrific legacy and values long term employees, but the stress culture is prevalent.

February 2016

This organization, while not overtly misogynist by any means, is not super friendly to women. The few women in leadership positions have all been fired over the past couple of years. The company is run exclusively by white men.

September 2015

Where to begin? This company is owned by a lawyer who is prone to tantrums which include screaming out loud and a lot of cursing. He turned the running of the company over to his 26 year old princess who proceeded to run it into the ground. Morale was horrible. Because of their financial difficulties they began laying off people left and right. This resulted in all the long timers (20 years) with many years of experience being shown the door. All that is left are 20-somethings who will work for $10 an hour. The quality of our service suffered so much that even the CFO resigned. Used to be a great place to work in the beginning but poor management, lack of empathy, nepotism and greed are bringing this company down.

November 2014

There were a lot of minor projects that kept the job interesting, especially since your core job was to take calls all day. The projects gave employees an opportunity to be involved and to voice their ideas. Shifts were not really flexible and sometimes you had to work weekends or holidays. There were a lot of nice people but there was also favoritism in that department. It was hard to advance unless your team leader and manager were on your side.
