"I love working at Search Discovery - although the leadership team is all males, they do a great job of including a wider group of leadership (including female voices) in the decision making process. I love the people here - everyone truly lives out the core values which are the reason I wanted to work here in the first place. Leadership is extremely transparent and truly values the team's opinions, encouraging us to speak up. "
