"Would like to work from home one day a week with laptop supplied by employer (software I have to use won’t work on my computer at home). Also, my supervisor is among the many who cannot organize herself to create a predictable schedule for things that involve me. Any work from home day would be ad hoc and likely to change at a moments’ notice."

"More women work here and there are quite a few in middle management and a few in AVP level positions. Hardly ever does anyone get promoted into those positions FROM WITHIN. "
