"Selective makes a huge effort to be inclusive but still has work to do. While there are now a fair amount of women in leadership roles and there is some diversity there, it's still a LOT of white men running the place. To be fair, the CEO is excellent and doing a great job, so I'm not saying we should replace anyone just for the sake of diversity and inclusion but it would be nice to see more of both across the board. Culture and work life balance are great, and leaders are encouraged to be flexible to meet the needs of their employees. "
