December 2017

As a woman straight out of college coming to my first job, I believe that this company tried to limit my growth, they put you in a position without really telling you what is expected and they don't acknowledge your hard work and therefore don't compensate you for the hard work at all.

Generally, HPE doesn't discriminate against women, but like tech in general, it's a male dominated in leadership. Women may not be promoted but then, not many people are promoted once you're here. Compared to other large corporations I've worked for, there's far less harassment in the workplace.

We are actively building out our women's network, our current leadership and culture is supportive. It is a work in progress, but the appetite is there.

More focused on women's rights, given that they are the YWCA. A real culture of family who support each other professionally and interpersonally.
