"There are inspiring and amazing women throughout the company and impressing diversity in senior leadership and board positions. However there is unfortunately this disconnect to facilitate bringing up the next wave of amazing female leaders to scale with the company. This has to do with a lack of policies and sponsorship/mentorship to help bring women through leadership pipelines. Maternity leave is currently 4 weeks at 60% paid. At 5+ years of tenure you receive 4 weeks 100% paid. A tenure of 5+ years would most likely be rare for a female of child bearing age in the current employment market. Insurance difficulties covering basic necessities for women’s health and maternity care. No designated areas in many offices for new mothers. "

"Overall it's not a terrible place to work -- I was able to WFH and had pretty flexible hours, but there are layoffs, lack of leadership / ie limited or at least not communicated roadmap for company's future. I dont think the company has a bright future, so I would head for greener pastures. "

"Maternity leave is non-existent. Medical insurance is expensive and the coverage poor. Company claims large female management, but this is only true if anyone with "manager" in their title (whether they manage others or not) are included. Women in executive suite are limited to ONE - a co-founder."

"You will work before hours, after hours, weekends, and vacations. There is zero respect for employees home or personal lives. Concerns about this labels the employee as a poor performer, "unable to hack it.""
