"Just look at the executive leadership team and you'll have your answer. Women who are as smart and capable as their male counterparts are not even considered for leadership/strategic roles. The male leaders are clueless about inclusion. They don't realize how sexist they are. They are stuck in the 1950s, with the same level of awareness and the same excuses. If "woke" means you get it, then this company is in hibernation."
