September 2017

Promotions, titles, and compensation are not fairly given to women and there is little work-life balance. PTO is not respected, neither are weekends or evenings as time away from work.

The first days are hectic, and the databases used are very confusing. But once you know what you're doing it' not that hard. Woman specific - you'd be in a good place. There's plenty of opportunity for growth and career development.

It depends on what department you're working for. I've worked for 3 different departments while working here and each one is unique in their flexibility based on the job needs. If the description says that you're working the front desk alone, you'll probably have a more strict schedule. But every department I've known has been very reasonable with time off.

There tends to be lots of changes in protocol at random. Nothing you can't bounce back from, but higher administration doesn't usually ask those doing the tasks if the change will be helpful or not.

December 2016

For the most part they are flexible about work-life balance, but there are isolated cases where managers don't always honor the work-life balance when individuals in similar positions do have the benefit of working from home, changing their schedule etc.

I am about to take maternity leave. If I want to take all 12 weeks if I have a natural birth I have to use 2 weeks of vacation.

January 2016

There are women in HR and accounting but almost none in engineering or management roles. My male coworkers were afraid to get sent to HR (apparently every time they have a girl co-op, she complains and people get sent to HR, and they think this is not related to their actions). Two women (out of the few) were harassed at work and were not taken seriously when reporting the problem.

I've been here for 10+ years. Maternity leave is standard that its per FMLA (12 weeks unpaid) but you can use short term disability to cover you for 8 weeks for vaginal delivery or 10 weeks for c-section. Lots of room for promotions, college/course reimbursement and great social events.

Very political organization. Most executive meetings in Sales are all male. There is more female presence in Maeketing and Brand functions.
