"There are a ton of women, but mainly at the lower levels. At Director and above, it's more men and it gets worse as you look higher."

"I worked at Shutterfly for a little over five years. It was rocky a lot of the time. The company didn't have a clear direction for its brands. They were all practically selling the same thing, which made my job so much harder. There is opportunity to grow and they really push taking time to learn (i.e. going to conferences). The whole executive team are men. So there's that."
