"It's a great company to work for and I've had a great career here for the past 12 years. With any large corporate company there's ups and downs but overall there's a lot of good people here and they really do their best to put their employees first. "

"So you get the total 12 weeks for FMLA but for a pregnancy you are eligible for short term disability which is 6-8 weeks depending on delivery method which is paid. So may only be a few weeks unpaid depending on how you use your additional paid parental leave."
