"If you need flexibility, ask for it! Tell your manager what is important to you and also how you plan to achieve your daily tasks. The flexibility IS there for those that vocalize it! I will say that this seems to apply more toward salary than hourly. I believe it's time to also create this for the hourly where and when they need it (i.e. dr appointment - perhaps work over the day before to accommodate the time? Why not?). The culture & policies are not set in place for flexibility but if you have shown excellent work performance, managers are responsive to the needs of employees. Hands down, I think we have the absolute best hourly, salary, and management. People here can do anything we set our minds to and we are pretty creative! I have had the opportunity to grow in my career because the people help each other learn - that takes time and effort on their part and it's part of the culture here. My work environment is very positive and I would recommend this company to others."
