"Do your research. Highly unqualified leadership in c-suite. Culture has shifted from boys club to the female mafia. A proper culture is a balance of the most qualified leaders sitting at the table. Payroll continues to be cut- requiring salaried managers to shift from required 48 hour work weeks to 70+ hour weeks in the off season. Constant contact requiring response on limited time off(if you can actually get it). I have lost a minimum of two weeks vacation a year for last 3 years because of black out periods being so steep or mandatory events being added to calendar after plans are made. No roll over or compensation of loss. If you see good reviews, I guarantee it’s recruiting propaganda."

"The board seats held are 50% women. 70% of field organization is women. Compensation is competitive, perks are great. High performance, high reward culture.
Opportunities across Dallas and Akron store support centers as well as in United Kingdom and Canada.
Organization in midst of transformation year 2 of 3 year strategy."
