Depends on the location hired as to how you will be treated or not. At the Houston location they do not believe in Corporate’s mission starting with the Partner in Charge and also try to hire and promote mostly International people or people who are at least transplants to the area. No overtime pay but want to demand you work overtime all year long not just at busy season.

Depending on your role and department, opportunities for advancement are next to none. The review and evaluation system is unfair. You are normed against your entire department even those who have vastly different jobs than you. Norming takes place before your review so your review is adjusted so that you fit the arbitrary number that they gave you.
