"This company has come a long way over the past few years. In an industry that has traditionally been male-dominated, there are some strong female leaders now at the table and intentional focus on development of female and diverse talent. "

"Some departments have fewer options for flexibility due to the nature of the work, but generally it's a performance driven culture and if you are delivering results, you will have flexibility. It is a 24/7 business, and things do come up outside of traditional hours from time to time."
