"It was a start up so work-life balance is constantly challenged. We all worked very hard and wore many hats due to limited resources and aggressive goals. CEO was a great leader, approachable who was very supportive and encouraged continual improvements by offering employees to get PMP certification, etc. "

"Sales allows for tons of flexibility while Customer Success does not allow as much. The hardest downside is travel, I don't have as much control over my travel schedule as I would like."

Did you take Maternity leave?
"No"
"I have yet to take maternity leave here but the policy is up to 24 weeks paid up to $1000 per week. This is not equal to my salary but it is some compensation, the balance is how many weeks to take before I need my whole salary back and how many weeks will get me out of the loop with my clients."
