Inconsistent management styles that could affect pay, bonuses, promotion, and flexibility. Still has boys club mentality.

Firm preaches about empowering women when they choose to bully until employees leave. The turnover of employees is astounding.

The company has been through many ups and downs but it was the most challenging and rewarding role I’ve ever had. Truly a unique culture and the highest caliber colleagues you could ask for.

Great company to work for, great benefits, great culture. The problem is career advancement though. Many become stuck in the same role for years.

November 2015

I've worked at this company for approximately 4 years. Several women have taken maternity leave and returned during my time here. The office is great for maternity leave, but not so supporting upon returning. There has been progress in supporting new mothers, but the mentality is hard to change. I think some associates have a difficult time with balancing their new home life demands and the demands of a stressful and uncompromising job.

It actually cares about diversity - it is hot on the CEO's agenda and an issue that is driven from the top and shared throughout the organisation. It even publishes papers on how it is doing on the diversity front.
